This is the programme we build when the brief says 'the best week of their careers'. Light aircraft transfers keep travel days short, exclusive-use camps keep the group together, and the balloon morning gives the campaign its image. The bush dinner on the final night is produced by our own events team: lanterns, long tables, a fire, and an awards moment staged on the plains.
Day by day
Day 1
Arusha arrival
Met at Kilimanjaro International, transfer to a coffee plantation lodge and a briefing dinner.
Day 2
Fly to the Serengeti
Morning flight to the central Serengeti, afternoon game drive and sundowners on a kopje.
Day 3
Balloon morning
Dawn balloon flight over the plains, champagne breakfast in the bush, afternoon at leisure or optional walking safari.
Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the caldera for a full day, then the bush gala dinner with awards on the crater rim.
Day 5
Departure
Morning at leisure, transfer to the airstrip for the flight to Arusha and onward connections.
