Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the proposal and are subject to availability and to the exchange rate stated at the time of quoting.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required to confirm services. Balance payment terms, and the schedule of payments for group bookings, are set out in each proposal.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale from the date of confirmation. Certain services — gorilla permits, charter flights and some lodges — carry stricter terms which will be highlighted in your proposal.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation is a condition of travel.

Liability

We act as an agent for the suppliers whose services form part of your itinerary and are not liable for loss or injury arising from their acts or omissions, or from events beyond reasonable control.

Please raise any concern with your programme manager while you are still with us so that we can put it right on the spot.
