When you send an enquiry or subscribe to our mailing list we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, company, country and the content of your brief. We also collect standard server logs and, where enabled, anonymous analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To operate a programme you have booked with us.
• To send occasional news and offers, if you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary to deliver your programme — for example a hotel, airline or park authority. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards for the period required by our tax and audit obligations.

Your rights
