The island stop is where an incentive earns its reputation. We keep the structure light — two organised experiences, one gala, and enough free time that people actually rest. For groups over 120 we look at exclusive-use resorts, which changes the atmosphere completely and simplifies everything from rooming to the bar tab.

Day 1
Arrival
Met at Zanzibar airport and transferred to the resort. Welcome cocktails on the beach at sunset.
Day 2
Stone Town & spices
Guided walk through Stone Town, lunch in a rooftop restaurant and a working spice farm in the afternoon.
Day 3
Sandbank day
Dhow sail to a sandbank for a seafood lunch, then free time.
Day 4
Beach gala
A free day, then the gala dinner on the sand with a taarab band and an awards moment.
Day 5
Departure
Late checkout and transfers to the airport.
