A complete Professional Conference Organiser package for Kampala and Entebbe: we contract the venue and room blocks, build and run the registration platform, produce the plenary and manage delegate movement from arrival to departure. Pre- and post-congress tours are packaged and sold through the same registration flow, which typically converts a quarter of delegates into safari guests.
Day by day
Day 1
Arrivals day
Airport meet-and-greet, shuttles to hotels, pre-registration desk open in the lobby and a welcome reception.
Day 2
Conference day one
Registration from 07:00, opening plenary, breakout sessions and an exhibition floor.
Day 3
Conference day two
Sessions, an afternoon site visit programme and a themed gala dinner with cultural production.
Day 4
Closing & extensions
Closing plenary and departures, or transfer to the post-congress safari extension.
